What should you expect from CleanMaster Carpet Cleaning?

Like our coupons say, there is an owner on site for every job. We understand that inviting a complete stranger into your home can be uncomfortable at times, we want to do the best we can to put you at ease and be comfortable!  We have invested everything into this business.  When you call, we may be working, driving, or having dinner and we will do the best we can to accommodate any questions you may have. If we need to, we will ask to call you back at a later time to give you the full attention you deserve.

When we arrive for your appointment, we will introduce ourselves and walk through your home with you, looking at the areas you want cleaned. We will do our best to explain what we will do, how long it will take, and address areas you have special concerns about. If there is ever a time we enter a situation in which we feel that we can not help, we will tell you. We understand how hard everyone works theses days for their money, and we will not pressure you into anything that is not needed. Before we start any work at all, you will know exactly how much the job will cost.

During the cleaning process, we will do our best to accommodate anything you need. We take extra care when pulling our hoses through your home so as not to damage anything. When we are finished, we will walk through the home with you and answer any more questions you may have. If we are cleaning feel free to inspect our work, ask questions, chat or just joke around. One of the things we love about this job is the chance to meet to many different people and talk with you! Trust us, you will not bother us by wanting to talk, just don’t be surprised if we are looking at the floor and working at the same time!
